Tender description
The Cardiff and Vale University Health Board (C&V UHB) are looking to implement a contract with electrical, mechanical and building labour services contractors. Lot 1: Electrical Services -> General electrical repairs to the existing electrical infrastructure -> Small new works such as the installation of additional lighting and power -> Emergency lighting testing -> Lamp replacement -> Fire alarm testing and repairs Lot 2: Mechanical Services -> General plumbing and heating repairs and adjustments -> Industrial Heating and vent industrial plant maintenance -> Installation of taps, sinks wastes etc -> Clearing waste blockages Lot 3: Building Services -> Minor Carpentry work and repairs -> Small making good and painting work -> Small redecoration works -> Replacement of ceiling tiles -> Road and path repairs -> Minor flooring repairs -> Minor roofing repairs
