CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR FIRE ALARM UPGRADE PROJECTS

Tender description

Clanmil require the services of a M & E lead consultancy team for assistance in the delivery of Fire Alarm upgrades in schemes across Northern Ireland for ourselves and Craigowen Housing Association with works to be complete by 31st March 2021. The estimated value of the fire alarm upgrade works is £625,000. The upgrade works are to be carried out at the below locations: The appointment will be for a period of 12 months with Clanmil having the option, at its sole discretion to exercise an extension for the period 01 April 2021 to 31st March 2022 for any additional upgrades identified. Any additional services will be reimbursed in line with the tendered fees. The formal appointments between the Association and the successful consultants shall be formally executed under the NEC3 Professional Services Contract.
