Tender description

Warwickshire County Council has procured a cashless parking service via direct award from the ESPO Framework 509 (Parking Management Solutions). The use of the direct award option to procure a short term (up to a maximum of 2 years) contract was necessitated by the changing requirement for this service in response to the on-going Covid-19 pandemic. Warwickshire County Council would like to procure a cashless parking service using payments by mobile phone/app. We have 249 Pay and display machines across the district and boroughs with an additional 8 on the park and ride site at Stratford.
