Castleblayney Market Square Regeneration - Refurbishment and construction of an extension to the Hope Castle Gate Lodge No. 2, a protected structure, to provide a modern 21st century public library, gallery space, cultural and creative space.The works will involve demolition and removal of non-original two storey lean to at rear of Gate Lodge building and construction of a modern extension, part single storey and part two storey. External works including public realm, paving, street furniture, natural landscaping, lighting, signage and new works linking library to existing car park to the rear with ramps, steps, hard and soft landscaping. New storm and foul sewer services with a new pumping station and all associated and ancillary site works.
