Tender description
The project involves the re-roofing of an existing stable within the confines of a protected structure, located towards the northern end of the yard. The works involve the removal of the existing roof and debris, salvaging the maximum amount of existing materials, stabilising the existing walls, replacement of the entire roof, together with windows and doors. The repair of the existing loft and the provision of access, rainwater goods with doors and access gate to ancillary building.
