Tender description

The proposed works comprise of extensive demolition works to the existing structure, a complete reconfiguration of the interior and structure, removal of the existing fire damaged structures to the rear, demolition and clearing out of the existing internal structures throughout, partial retention of three number boundary/party walls, reconfiguration of front of house facilities, auditorium space including construction of upper balcony, reconfiguration and construction of back of house facilities (library and theatre), construction of additional floor levels to front and rear. Increasing the seating capacity of the venue from 180 to 220, and the construction of a new contemporary designed street elevation.
