Tender description

The project consists of the redevelopment of an existing car park into an 8-storey residential building containing 115 apartments. The project duration is 82 weeks. The anticipated start date is 22 June 2020 with an anticipated completion date of 25th February 2022. Claritas is the Construction Manager, any successful contract will be let between Medway Council and the Trade Contractor. This opportunity is for the appointment of a Drylining Contractor. The scope of works will include, but not be limited to the supply, offloading, distribution and installation of the external wall linings, internal partitions and ceilings to all properties.
