Via East Midlands Ltd and Nottingham City Council (defined as the purchaser(s)) are seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced Contractor that that can install and maintain traffic loop detectors. The purpose of this tender is to award a contract to a single contractor to install and maintain traffic loop detectors. Via East Midlands Ltd and Nottingham City Council (defined as the purchaser(s)) are seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced contractor that that can install and maintain traffic loop detectors. Duration of the contract will be for 3 years and this can be extended for up to 1 further periods of 12 months with a maximum overall duration of 4 years as outlined in the term service agreement.
