Tender description
Annual support and maintenance contract for the Wales Telemetry System. This support is essential to obtain software updates, system update testing, technical support and emergency fault response services in the event that we experience problems beyond our ability to resolve. The Wales Telemetry system is the core system for all telemetry monitoring in Wales for NRW and underpins our statutory duties for Water use regulation and flood risk management.
