Tender description

Qualification system for the supply and delivery of synthetic railway sleepers/bearers. This is a call to competition by IE for the procurement of synthetic railway sleepers and bearers. IE invites applications to participate in the pre-qualification process to appoint suitably qualified companies to a qualification system for the supply of synthetic railway sleepers and bearers, that may arise on an ad-hoc basis. Those companies successfully appointed to the qualification system will receive all future tender enquiries as they arise. This qualification system will have two lots: Lot 1: ISO12856 type A material suitable for switch and crossing layouts, bridge waybeams etc. Lot 2: ISO12856 type B material suitable for running lines and sidings.
