PHASE 1 involves following key procedures - Remove and dispose of existing roof - Build up gables with solid blockwork and cast RC ring-beam - Erect Glulam Trusses and purlins and rafters - Lath/felt and slate external surfaces, new facia soffit and gutters - Insulate, slab and skim vaulted ceiling and electrical fitout - Replace assembly area windows and doors
