In summary, the services comprise of the following: • Assist BIM advance its human resource strategy. • Create specific talent development programmes. • Advise BIM on best practice people recruitment strategies; and in some cases facilitate workshops to co-create the best strategies for BIM. • Responsible for delivery of performance development/learning programmes to BIM staff, including development of training materials, manuals, reference guides, instructional materials, both online and in print format. A variety of forums should be available, such as group workshops, individual coaching, diagnostic tools, action learning, remote learning, online resources and case study discussions. • Assist human resource staff in the development of any learning and development actions resulting from the development of staff Personal Development Plans. • Deep appreciation of the typical challenges of a semi state organisation; while bringing their own perspective and unique points of view to add value. • Demonstrate a strategic perspective and understand how learning & development supports the overall BIM business strategy • Demonstrable experience in advising learning organisations that have both entrepreneurship, flexibility and scalability capabilities, while adapting to the unique needs of BIM’s culture.
