Gloucestershire County Council (“GCC”) is looking to procure a new legal case management system (“LCMS”) for its Legal Services department. This soft market research exercise will help us to: • Develop our requirements specification and technical catalogue. • Understand the market’s ability to deliver to these requirements within a cloud-based environment. • Assess market capacity and flexibility to deliver this procurement. • Understand the attractiveness of this opportunity to potential providers. • Assess the potential level of interest in bidding for this contract.
