Tender description

The Reserved Specialist scope will include the specialist laboratory furniture and equipment elements of the new STEM Building. The scope will include the design, fabrication, assembly and installation of furniture and equipment appropriate for the proposed use of the various rooms within the facility. The scope of the works package will include coordination of installations with glazing/curtain walling, mechanical services and electrical services elements within the lab spaces. The scope will also include development of base design information provided by the design team by the specialist and the submission of such developed design to the design team for approval prior to commencement of fabrication and installation. Provision of samples for design team approval is also necessary.
