MOPAC commissioned services for a 2 and a half year pilot of Community Sentence Treatment Requirements (CSTRs) in London. The pilot focuses on providing specialist mental health court assessments and primary care for female offenders in 6 South London boroughs as part of their enforceable community sentences. The supplier will work as part of a multi-agency approach to these individuals to meet their sometimes complex needs, and ensure that they get the best available treatment.
