Tender description
Enabling works, as described in the works requirements, to former Convent of Mercy (which is a protected structure), in Bantry, Co. Cork. The bulk of the enabling works comprises the internal stripping out of the convent building there, removal of invasive species, asbestos floors and some additional trial holes around the site. Please note that no contract was awarded under previously published tender (etenders ref RFT167211), and scope of works now required is materially different to that originally published. A site visit is mandatory - please refer to the ITT for further details. Tenderers are not permitted to visit the site without prior notification.
