Tender description

This procurement process has established a framework agreement for the provision of a range of professional services, specifically employers agent, principal designer and clerk of works services, to Paradigm Housing Group Ltd. The services that shall be provided by the suppliers under this framework agreement will support Paradigm in the delivery of the types of construction projects and/or programmes indicated below. The requirement will mainly include the provision for new homes including affordable rented accommodation, low cost home ownership, private sale, mixed tenure schemes and some refurbishment, regeneration, alteration/extension and demolition. Employers agent services for schemes of 10 units and under in size. The anticipated value for the provision of development professional services framework is estimated to have an annual value of — Lots 1-3 (combined) employers agent services — GBP 2 000 000. Employers agent services for schemes between 11 and 50 units in size. The anticipated value for the provision of development professional services framework is estimated to have an annual value of — Lots 1-3 (combined) employers agent services — GBP 2 000 000. Employers agent services for schemes with 51 units or more in size. The anticipated value for the provision of development professional services framework is estimated to have an annual value of — Lots 1-3 (combined) employers agent services — GBP 2 000 000. Principal designer services for all schemes sizes. The anticipated value for the provision of development professional services framework is estimated to have an annual value of — Lot 4, principal designer services — GBP 300 000.
