A professional services framework is required to support the engineering arm of MAG in the delivery of the capital plan. The framework will provide specialist engineering, project management and advisory services which are not available in-house. The specialist nature of aviation requires industry experts to support MAG with the majority of major projects concerning construction, asset management, project management, airport development and business change. • clerk of works/NEC3 supervisor (NEC3/4 ECC trained), • construction management, • contract administration (NEC3/4 ECC trained), • cost and commercial, • estimating, • principal designer role (CDM), • procurement consultancy, • project and programme management (NEC3/4 ECC trained), • project controls, • quantity surveying. • architecture, • BIM design, • BIM information management, • building surveyor, • civil and structural engineering (including pavement), • ecology and environment, • electrical engineering, • fire consultancy, • interior design, • landscape design, • mechanical engineering, • principal designer role (CDM), • structural engineering, • site and ground investigation. • airport capacity planning and modelling, • airport development management, • asset management, operations and maintenance, • change management and business advisory, • operational readiness and transition. • architecture, • spatial planning and fitout design, • wayfinding design, • fixed furniture and fittings design, • landscape design, • airport design planning.
