Tender description

EirGrid intends to establish a single supplier framework for the provision of building professional consultancy services. The framework agreement period will be for an initial duration of two years with the option to extend annually for up to an additional two years, subject always to the satisfactory performance of the supplier. EirGrid has a requirement for building professional consultancy services team to provide consultancy services to support and aid the EirGrid facilities team. The scope of services is expected to include, but is not limited to: Professional Services – Account Manager Project Manager Architectural Services Building Services Civil and Structural Engineering Environmental and Energy Management Health and Safety Quantity Surveying & Cost Control Services
