Dublin, comprising: (a) 2 classroom SEN base: • total area including walls and circulation 439 m2; and (b) 2 mainstream classrooms 80 m2 each including ensuite: 160 m2 • 1 WC for assisted users 10.50 m2, • total area including walls and circulation 209 m2, • giving total floor area: 658 m2; and (c) secure hard and soft play area 200 m2: • sensory garden 100 m2, • 6 parking spaces.
