Architectural services for additional accommodation at Powerstown ETNS, Dublin 15. Powerstown Educate Together National School is a primary school under the patronage of Educate Together. Please see attached project brief and schedule of additional accommodation. In summary, the project will comprise: • 4 classroom SEN base 526 m2. Gross floor area (including staircases, circulation and internal walls): 774 m2. And also external areas: • secure hard and soft play area 200 m2, • sensory garden 100 m2, • 12 parking spaces.
