The successful contractors will have demonstrable experience and a proven track record of providing high-quality grounds maintenance services. For the avoidance of doubt we will only consider contractor(s) who either already have, or are willing to establish a base of operations no more than 20 miles from any of sites within the lot(s) being bid for.
