Tender description

Belfast Harbour Commissioners are looking for a Consultant to design the new green space that will act as the catalyst for future regeneration at City Quays. The estimated value of the works is in the region of GBP 8 m-GBP 12 m. The project will be delivered through a two-stage procurement process. Stage 1 will require consultant to provide a PQQ submission including responses to Part A to Part F of the PQQ. Applicants must consult the competition brief document in order to obtain the technical questionnaire which will be evaluated under Part C of the PQQ. For short-listed parties, Stage 2 will require Contractors to participate in a design competition and further technical questionnaire specific to their evolving designs and approach.
