Tender description

The purpose of the South East Consortium framework is to provide asbestos surveys (Management, Refurbishment, Demolition and Re-inspection), asbestos air testing, bulk sampling and analysis in accordance with HSG 264 and The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. South East Consortium are procuring an asbestos inspections framework. The purpose is to provide asbestos surveys (Management, Refurbishment, Demolition and Re-inspection), asbestos air testing, bulk sampling and analysis in accordance with HSG 264 and The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. The framework will be for 2 years with the option of extending it for a further 2 years, reviewed annually. All tenderers must have and continue to maintain through the contract period, membership of an approved asbestos governing body e.g. ATAC, UKATA as training courses will be a requirement of this framework. Tenderers carrying out testing and sampling, etc. must have and continue to maintain throughout the contract period, UKAS approved accreditation, ISO 17020 and 17025.
