The contract is for the renewal of user licenses that are bespoke and compatible to the system already installed within the Health Board. The contract is for the renewal of user licenses that are bespoke to the systems already installed within the Health Board. There is no scope at present to change the system and changing the compatibility of the licenses will disrupt the service within the surgery department.
