Tender description
The focus of this tender is on the fleet of 26 coaches/buses, which delivers daily services throughout Kilkenny City and its surrounding towns and villages. JJ Kavanagh & Sons uses a range of technologies and applications for its bus services. These have been developed over time. Since 2007, it has continually invested in renewing and upgrading its fleet by the acquisition of premium quality, comfortable and accessible coaches. The result has been an unprecedented improvement in the quality of service and standards of comfort offered to customers travelling on all routes, each day throughout the year. The supplier shall be required to supply and support a smart portable ticketing system which must support Contactless Payments and Real Time Passenger Information Data Feed.
