Tender description

The Works include the disconnection, removal and/or diversion and/or construction of above and below ground site services including medium voltage electricity, fibre, telephone, water, foul and surface water drains. The mechanical and electrical services will be carried out by mechanical and electrical contractors with experience of works of a similar nature to those proposed, engaged or employed by the main contractor. A qualitative assessment of the mechanical and electrical services contractors proposed by tenderers will be carried out as part of the tender evaluation process. The Works will be carried out on an active hospital campus. Hospital activities will continue in uninterrupted operation at all times during the Works.
