Tender description

The Works include the installation, disconnection, removal and/or diversion of above and below ground site services including medium voltage electricity, fibre, telephone, water, foul and surface water drains, alterations to and construction of car parking areas and roads. The mechanical and electrical services will be carried out by mechanical and electrical contractors with experience of works of a similar nature to those proposed, engaged or employed by the main contractor. The Works will be carried out on an active hospital campus. Hospital activities will continue in uninterrupted operation at all times during the Works.
