Big Creative Academy, BCE Clifton Avenue, Walthamstow, London, E17 6HL The Big Creative Academy is seeking for a professional and experienced cleaning company to perform a high level service for the new building launch in September 2020. The building is currently under construction, there are no existing staff to TUPE and therefore the company is expected to employee staff to perform the service over a 5-year contract period. This is a great opportunity to partner with a college that believes in working with suppliers that understands the needs of the public education sector. The estimated budget per annum is between GBP 20 000-GBP 30 000. The contract will be a 3 + 2 (5 years). Detailed floor plans with square meterage has been uploaded as part of the tender pack.
