Tender description

The successful supplier will be required to provide catering services at the following location: Hornsey School for Girls, Inderwick Road, Crouch End, London, N8 9JF. Hornsey School for Girls is the only all-girl secondary school located in the borough of Haringey, situated in the Hornsey/Crouch End area of North London. With a strong history of high performance, the school was awarded ‘Good’ following the last short Ofsted inspection and lauded across all categories. Inspectors praised the strong leadership, high quality teaching and learning, ambitious and aspirational students and committed staff. Due to strong leadership the school has seen a sharp increase in year 7 intake increasing the school roll from circa 750 pupils to 805. The successful supplier will be required to provide catering services at the following location: Hornsey School for Girls, Inderwick Road, Crouch End, London, N8 9JF. The contract is anticipated to be awarded on the 1 April 2021 on a Cost Plus with guarantees on food and labour cost. The term will be for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend up to a further 2 years. Prior to Covid-19, the turnover of the contract over the initial period is estimated at GBP 750 000. More details can be found in the SQ document.
