Tender description

Temporary specialist staffing requirements for the next 3 years at Trafford Council — children's social care. Initial contract period 24 months with options to extend for +6 months + 6 months. Staffing requirements for the next for the next 3 years is: Current temp staff: 7 x level 3 social workers Current immediate on-going temp 13 x level 3 social workers 1 x senior practitioner 1 x team leader Additional future projected staff (for the proposed period) 2 x service managers 5 x team leaders 3 x senior practitioners 40 x level 3 social workers In house recruitment processes will continue to take place with the intentions to have as many staff on PAYE. Trafford will only hit this contract value if we are unable to recruit any staff internally There will be no definite commitment to volumes of staffing.
