Provider Consultation - LCR Children's Market Reform Programme, Liverpool City Region Partner Provider Arrangement (LCR PPA)

Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, St Helens and Wirral Councils together would like to welcome you to a voluntary consultation exercise regarding a new Liverpool City Region (LCR) initiative called the Partner Provider Arrangement (PPA) 2020. We are planning to establish a sub-regional partnership arrangement covering residential and foster care placements and would value your thoughts on several elements of the proposed design. Please note that this is a provider consultation exercise to assist the council with research and preparation and is not a formal tender. There are 4 main documents for your attention: 1. Introduction Presentation which sets this process out. There are two versions – one with accompanying video message and one without, the slide content is the same in both. 2. Consultation Document which contains all the information on which we are hoping to consult 3. Consultation Feedback Document which includes consultation questions and feedback sections. Please log all of your thoughts and responses in this document. 4. Procurement Overview which covers background on the tender process itself. This consultation exercise will be open until 12pm (midday) on Friday 5th June 2020 so please submit your responses prior to that date. In addition, for those that would also value a video call discussion (explained on slide 5 of the Introduction Presentation), we will also make available the following new dates; Friday 29th May, Monday 1st June and Tuesday 2nd June.
