Tender description

The works are for a proposed bypass of Slane village in Co. Meath. The proposed scheme will primarily be located in agricultural land, including necessary access to the Special Area of Conservation and Special Protection Area along the River Boyne. Construction of the road will require both cut and fill earthworks as well as sections of the road being constructed at grade. As route selection has been finalised and an emerging preferred option has been selected, a comprehensive ground investigation is required as part of the Phase 3 design
