Market Engagement questionnaire to evaluate IF tendering at this point during Covid 19 will be successful for both providers and the Authority. The contract is to provide internal cleaning of ASC Clients homes at various locations on the Isle of Wight. 1.2 A high standard is required with an absence of soil, dust, dirt, stains, marks and odours. A deep clean of a property as requested per job This could include (but not limited too) Sharps disposal, bodily fluids, infection control and removal of any bio-hazardous materials to ensure the property is left looking well-cared for, bright and pleasing appearance. 1.3 The Supplier shall co-operate fully with the Council and ensure there is sufficient flexibility to respond both reasonably and effectively to any cleaning requirement and in a timely manner.
