Tender description

Gallagher has the sole appointment as insurance brokers to Flintshire County Council (herein referred to as FCC) to prepare the Invitation to Tender (ITT) document and access insurers via an OJEU tender utilising the open procedure. This is in relation to the Council’s insurance portfolio which is subject to a long term agreement. This is due to the expiry of the Long Term Agreement (LTA) with their current insurers ending April 2020. Bids from Insurance brokers via in house schemes or facilities (with the exception of Managing General Agent or Managing General Agent type organisations) are not required, with the exception of Gallagher as the Authority’s sole appointed broker. The Council is looking to award contracts to Insurance Companies or their nominated exclusive agent. Lot 1: Property Damage – Commercial/Industrial Properties including Sporting Facilities Pursuant to this Invitation to Tender (ITT) Flintshire County Council (Council) is inviting Tenders for the purpose of procuring insurance services as detailed in ITT.
