Tender description

Limerick Twenty Thirty are seeking to carry out fit-out works to 2 buildings in Limerick City that will be used to decant the Project Opera site. This project involves the design and build of fit-out works for; • Units 2 to 4, Carlton House, Henry Street, Limerick to provide office accommodation, and • Barrow House, Michael Street, Limerick to provide library accommodation to the ground, first and second floors, with office accommodation to the third floor. The accommodation is to be fit for purpose and delivered for occupation, in advance of a proposed demolition and enabling works contract to take place as part of the Project Opera Site development works. Tenderers will be required to retain specialist consultant services for completion of the design and building control compliance as follows; • Architect • Mechanical and Electrical Engineer • Fire and Disability Access Consultant • Design Certifier
