This Contract is for Enterprise Hub for Building BA Belfast Campus The works comprise the following to the existing area in Block BA in the Belfast campus:  the demolition and striping out of existing partition and services  The construction of a new access floor and finishes  The opening up of the space to the existing Mall area  the refurbishment of key public areas internally This includes the following: All adjacent pedestrian / vehicular access routes will remain operational for the duration of the works. The above paragraph is only a short form description of the Works. The Tenderer shall provide the Works in accordance with the Employer’s Requirements (see Documents 2).
