Tender description

The purpose of this invitation to tender (ITT) is to procure a Non Domestic Energy Efficiency (NDEE) support unit to support public sector organisations to call off the Scottish Government’s NDEE Framework(s) and to support the subsequent project through construction, commissioning and measurement and verification. The overarching aim of the Contractor is to support framework public bodies to secure value for money through works and services that will: maximise energy savings, cut fuel bills and reduce carbon emissions in non-domestic public sector buildings in Scotland.
