Cardiff Council has a requirement for the disposal of several categories of vehicles owned by the Council. To meet this requirement the Council is looking to establish a contract or framework agreement for the disposal of vehicles once they reach their end of life. Lot 1: Cardiff Council has a requirement for the disposal of several categories of vehicles owned by the Council. To meet this requirement the Council is looking to establish a Framework for the disposal of vehicles once they reach their end of life. The proposed structure will cover the disposal of a range of vehicles but not limited to those listed below: - Cars and Vans - Plant - Commercial Vehicles e.g. RCV’s Cardiff Council has not formed a definitive view on how to procure a partner/s to help deliver on this requirement. This decision will be informed as a result of this PIN. The Council will have an initial requirement to dispose of a number of RCV’s (fleet of approximately 40 over the next 2 years) owned by the Council. These have reached their end of life as a result of the Councils transition to a new leased fleet..
