Tender description

As part of wider plans to improve energy efficiency and tackle fuel poverty within the councils housing high rise blocks, the council aims to create six new district heating clusters to provide more renewable heat for 26 housing high rise blocks –1485 homes. This construction procurement is to obtain a contractor to design, build, operate and maintain low carbon district heating networks.
