Torbay Council’s Children’s Services requires a subscription to a web-based research site to support the work of those in Children’s Social Care. This online portal needs to provide current research and guidance to support non-qualified social workers posts as well as ASYE Social Workers, through to Heads of Service. The site must be reputable and trustworthy to enable the Authority’s users to base assessment decisions and court reports on the research relevant to the case which they are currently holding.
