Richmond Housing Partnership is seeking a suitably qualified partner for its catering services at their head office in Teddington. The café is situated on the ground floor of the modern building and is used throughout the day by visitor’s staff and tenants, providing a full range of café style hot and cold meals, snacks and beverages. Meetings and hospitality play a significant contribution to daily income to not just RHP staff, but also to the other tenant companies within the building. Free issue coffee beverage stations are also provided to RHP departments. The café serves the 300 RHP employees on site and in addition the employees of 10 other business partners within the building. Richmond Housing Partnership is seeking suitably qualified companies to tender for the catering services at their Teddington Head office. Companies will need to demonstrate suitable experience in the provision of high quality food and drink, in addition to evidence of financial standing and qualifications of due diligence.
