Peabody are seeking to create a marketing framework consisting of around 8 lots. This notice is just for suppliers to add themselves onto a supplier list per lot (on Delta) and not an opportunity to tender. We are looking to see how many suppliers are interested in each lot to help us decide on the best route to market. We anticipate going to market this year but timeframes are yet to be confirmed. The lots are anticipated to be: Lot 1: design and creative, Lot 2: modelmakers, Lot 3: CGI and 3D visualisation, Lot 4: interior design, Lot 5: signage, Lot 6: marketing suites, Lot 7: print, Lot 8: media buying agency. Peabody is seeking a number of full-house creative agencies and agencies who specialise in video work that can deliver a variety of high quality creative work at a competitive price and within, often, restricted budgets. Successful agencies will be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of brand development, positioning and application, creative purpose and the need to be innovative and push creative boundaries to maintain competitor advantage. Video work capabilities is desirable (either in-house or outsourced for creative agencies – essential for video work agencies) as well as a strong understanding of design principles/trends. Creative agencies may be asked to manage large scale projects (sometimes determined through pitching exercises) as well as ad-hoc creative deliverables. Agencies will be seen as an extension of the Peabody marketing team and held to a high expectation and standard – especially with the quality and purpose of deliverables. Peabody is seeking a number of expert 3D model suppliers to design and build 3D models of upcoming schemes. The models inclusive of lighting and/or interactive technology will assist end users (potential buyers) in visualising the product offering/immediate surroundings and contribute to a fully immersive sales environments. Peabody is seeking a number of expert CGI and 3D visualisation suppliers. The virtual visualisation assets are crucial tool in creating tangibility of the final product for potential buyers. Suppliers will produce high quality and innovative still, moving and interactive visuals at a competitive price. Successful visualisation companies will be able to demonstrate value for money, practical and creative portfolio of work, and a variety of visuals including photorealistic visuals, 360 video, AR and VR. Ability to meet brief and budget requirements, whilst managing the project from conception to completion is essential. Peabody is seeking a number of experienced interior designers to work with us and to dress and design the interior of select apartments in a sleek and sophisticated style, taking influence from the surrounding area, lifestyle of the target audience and the brand. Peabody is seeking a number of sign manufacturing and installation suppliers. Branded signage is a critical tool for raising awareness of Peabody, and scheme specific new build sales brands and product offering to prospective buyers. Suppliers will produce high quality and innovative signage solutions at a competitive price. Successful signage companies will be able to demonstrate value for money, and a variety of sign manufacturing and installation work (including hoarding, scaffold wraps, flags, banners, posters, and other bespoke signage) and offer additional services such as planning permission applications and graphic visualisation. Ability to meet brief and budget requirements, whilst managing the project from conception to completion is essential. Adherence to all health and safety regulations, and liaison with site contractor is mandatory. Peabody is seeking a number of experienced marketing suite designers to help with our ambitious sales programme to plan, design, install, build and dress our sales and marketing suites. That will provide a practical selling space to showcase the available products and homes, stand out from competitor schemes using the scheme brand, and resonate amongst our target demographic; adding value to the customer journey for prospective buyers. Peabody is seeking a number of printing houses to join our framework. We’re seeking a printing house that can deliver a variety of high quality print work at a competitive price. Successful printing companies will be able to demonstrate value for money, practical and creative portfolio of work, variety of print work and products (including brochures, posters, merchandise and stationary etc.) and a pro-active approach and work ethic. Delivering high quality finishes to product within budget is mandatory, as well as an interest in exploring new and innovative printing solutions that adhere to specific project and client briefs. Peabody is seeking a number of media buying agencies that will be able to help support and promote developments and the Peabody sales brand activities over the next few years. We are looking to use the advantage of their expertise in this field in order to support our marketing objectives by researching and suggesting the most cost effective, creative and innovative strategies for media buying across different mediums and target audiences that enable us to stand out from the crowd resulting in new customers.
