Supply & on-going maintenance of a replacement heating & ventilation system for Accent Head Office

The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to establish the level of interest from potential suppliers of large building heating & ventilation systems. To that end, Accent is opening a consultation opportunity from 11 May until 26 June 2020. During this period, we invite contact from suitably accredited and qualified economic operators to ascertain how we might work together. The services required centre around the supply and maintenance of a replacement heating & ventilation system for Accent Housing Ltd’s Head Office, Charlestown House, BD17 7SW. Any prospective system must (i) have the lowest possible carbon foot print, if possible making use of renewable energy and (ii) qualify for any environmental funding available.
