Tender description

The development shall consist of the demolition of all existing buildings, to include all basements and extensions and sheds to the rear. The site is to be fully secured, with hoarding to be left in place after the end of this contract. The site will ultimately be developed under a separate contract as a part two-storey, part three-storey special school over basement.
