The project consists of remedial works to make safe all properties at Flower Hill, Navan as per pricing document and within the redline boundary delineated on the accompanying drawings. The contractor is to protect and make good any damage at completion to existing features to be retained, etc. The contractor shall protect and maintain all existing services; take all necessary precautions working at or near them and make good any damage on completion.
