Newlon Housing Trust (Authority) is a body governed by public law as defined by Regulation 2 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The Authority has appointed The Monarch Partnership Ltd (Authority Administrator) to establish and manage a framework agreement to provide fixed, flexible and basket energy procurement solutions for non half hourly electricity, half hourly electricity and natural gas (Services) for the benefit of the Authority and other contracting authorities as identified Schedule 4 of the tender documents. Provision of fixed price non half hourly, half hourly and unmetered electricity supplies. Provision of basket/flexible price non half hourly, half hourly and unmetered electricity supplies. Provision of fixed price daily metered, non daily metered and independent gas transporter gas supplies. Provision of basket/flexible price daily metered, non daily metered and independent gas transporter gas supplies.
