PE20-366 - Landscaping Tender for IDA Sligo BP and Sligo BTP, Finisklin

Tender description

IDA Ireland is seeking to appoint a suitable Contractor to undertake the landscape maintenance and management of two parks located at Finisklin, Sligo, Co Sligo: 1. IDA Sligo Business & Technology Park / 2. IDA Sligo Business Park. The contract shall be made with IDA Ireland and their agent Aramark Property Management, who are the current managers of the site. The Contractor must price for the maintenance of the two parks individually, noting additional fees for the treatment of invasive species within IDA Sligo Business Park. As this is a fixed price contract the Contractor must allow for and include all estimated increases in material and labour costs over the three (3) year period of the contract. The amounts tendered will be deemed to be inclusive of all increases over the period of the contract. No claims arising from failure to do so will be considered. Standards: All relevant landscape maintenance standards shall be Irish Standards / British Standards.
