Tender description
Surrey Heartlands CCG were seeking a provider for its payroll and pension services from April 2020. The newly formed Surrey Heartlands CCG will have a headcount of around 500 staff on a single VPD and ESR and a procurement was commenced to appoint a payroll provider. This procurement was instigated by Guildford and Waverley CCG on behalf of the Surrey Heartlands CCG. The CCG were seeking an expert, reliable and responsive service to work closely alongside the CCG's People and OD team to ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time each month, delivering payroll processing and administration (including HR data entry), pension administration and advice and account management. Please not that no contract was awarded as a result of this OJEU process.
