Tender description

The London Borough of Barnet (LBB) invites you to submit a Quotation for the asbestos remediation works within the boiler room at Oak Hill School. The Contract will be will be between the London Borough of Barnet and the successful contractor it is envisaged it will commence early June 2020. The Contractor who will be deemed to be the Principal Contractor, under the CDM regulations and shall carry out those duties placed on him by the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974, and the Regulations and Approved Codes of Practice applicable to the proposed work activities.
